1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, choose your custom frame and any other options available, then click "Add to Cart". When you're ready to checkout, navigate to your cart, review your items, and click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in your shipping details, select a payment method, and place your order.

2. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We quickly start framing your order as soon your order is placed. You can expect an additional 1-3 days if you work with us to create something completely custom. After shipping, the delivery time depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

6. What is your return policy?

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@frametowall.com. Include a description and photos of the damage to help us assess the issue. This will help us quickly figure out what happened and plan to fix this situation for you.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@frametowall.com. We frame and ship so quickly that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to the shipping address once the order has been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

9. How do I care for my framed art print?

We frame your art with UV protected acrylic and prints. While you can hang the art in direct sunlight and it will be protected from fading, it is always a good idea to avoid it if possible. When cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the frame and a damp cloth for the high-grade acrylic. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

10. I have a specific image, art piece, or photograph I want to be framed. Can you do that?

Yes, we can do that for you. We specialize in framing the art prints we print and stock. However, we can print and frame your image for you if you email it to us. Please contact us at support@frametowall.com to discuss potential custom orders. We can also source images for you if you cannot find it on our website. You can also purchase frames from us in our FIY Custom Frames section and you can frame your art at home.
